Label
Talkin' Loud
Talkin’ Loud was founded by DJs a8278 and a10267 in 1990. The label’s name was based on Peterson’s and a67717’s Sunday afternoon club session, “Talkin’ Loud And Sayin’ Somethin’” - better known amongst its patrons as simply “Dingwalls,” which was the name of the venue at the time in Camden, London - during the 1980s. Gilles ran the label for over a decade with a=Paul Martin before he left the label in 2001. Versions of the original releases were later re-released by parent label Mercury under the l123224 branding.
